Theta 500 developed with first hand Medical Experence and Clinical Electrotherapy Treatments for Orthopaedic and for Neurology Patients

This unit comes with 2 Mi Sensors to access Mi Technology with Mi-Range, Mi-Tens and Mi-Scan.

	This small sensor links the Stimulator to the electrodes and measures physiological charactistics of the muscle to be stimulated It transfers this data to the Stimulator and analyzes the data, adjusting the stimulation parameters accordingly

Mi has 4 Functions:

 

Just before each session the Mi Scan analyzes the muscles to be stimulated (12 sec) and sends this data to the Stimulator which adjusts the Stimulator's parameters to the excitability (sensitivity) of this area of your body ensuring optimal stimulation  

(self regulating pain therapy): 
This function takes measurements regularly during Modulated TeNS, Epicondylitis and Arthralgia programs, and automatically controls stimulation to avoid unwanted muscle contractions ensuring your patients receive comfortable effective treatments

(controlling energy): 
For low frequency programs (less than 10 hertz) where vigorous muscular  twitches are required - e.g. reduced swelling of feet and ankles.

The Mi range function checks you are in the ideal intensity range to ensure optimum results.

Programmable: Create and personalise programs in order to customize the parameters specific to patients

2 + 2 Function: Choose one program for channel 1 and 2, and then select one program from the 2 + 2 program list for channel 3 and 4. This allows treatment of two different body parts, two patients at the same time, or combine NMES and TeNS as one treatment

Detailed Practical Guide: Guidelines and treatment recommendations, as well as technical parameters for all programs included in the stimulator, are provided. On the fold-out cover there are illustrations of the suggested electrode placements

Motor Point Pen: This very useful tool, together with the dedicated program, helps ensure the optimal electrode placement

Stimulation Features:

• i-button: Allows y ou to adjust the energy on all 4 channels at the same time. In custom program mode the i-button allows you to monitor parameter settings of the program
• Activ rest: Automatic adjustment of the active rest energy to 50% of the contraction energy
• Skip function: This function allows you to end a phase and move to the next phase
• Pause: Allows you to pause an on-going stimulation when electrodes need to be re-positioned

Rechargeable Battery: With the recharger included in the kit, a full cycle of recharging will take a maximum of 2-5 hours
